Green House Roll:

The Green House Plastic Film produced by us is specifically designed to withstand the harsh climatic conditions in the Kingdom.  We produce this with Standard Specification: Width 5.5m x Length 15m x Thickness: 200Micron / Sheet, 4 Sheets or 5 Sheets can be in each Roll.  The U.V. addition will be changing according to the customers’ specification depending upon the duration of usage of the film in the Green House.  The Standard Rolls have 5% of U.V addition.     

Tunnel Rolls and Fumigation Rolls are also produced with standard specification
 

 

COMMERCIAL

Printed Counter Bag (Shopping Bags) in both LDPE / HDPE Material.
Plain & Transparent HDPE / LDPE Bags.
Printed / Plain Laundry Rolls.
Printed / Plain Bakery Bags.

All of the above items are available in standard sizes and according to the Customer’s specification.  As for printed bags, apart from being excellent packing material, the name and company logo can be depicted in several design colours and therefore it becomes an effective tool for advertising.   

 
    
 

 

HOUSE HOLD

Trash / Garbage Bags – these are manufactured from sizes of 5Gln., 8Gln., 10Gln, 20Gln, 30Gln, 50Gln and 70Gln.  These Bags are available both in HDPE / LDPE Material and in various thickness and sizes according to the Customer’s Specification.

Printed / Plain Table Cover (Sufra) Roll - this is available on standard size of 110 x 110cm and also produced according to the customer’s requirement and printing their design on it.
Food Storage Bags – Plain and Transparent Bags used to store Food Items, Vegetables, Meat, Spices etc. Standard sizes are available from 6” up to 24”.
 

 

INDUSTRIAL

Open Mouth Jumbo Bags:  Used as liner bags in Jumbo Sacks in Bulk Packing like chemicals, minerals etc. We can produce Bags with the width 3mtr(With Gussets) and Length 3Mtr.

Liner Bags: Normally in transparent colour with the minimum width of 15cm up to 160 cm (without Side Gussets)
Length: 25cm – 300cm
Thickness: 15 – 200 Micron (With Side Gussets).

Heavy Duty Packing Rolls & Bags:

Used for packing Heavy Duty items like metals, bricks etc. normally in Transparent Colour and also comes in colours according to the requirement of the customer with the addition of U.V., Anti-Static, Anti-Fog depends upon the specific usage.

Heavy Duty Rolls are coming with the minimum width of 1.5 Mtr. and maximum 5.5 Mtr. Rolls and with the thickness from 150-300 Micron. 

Heavy Duty Bags are coming with the width of maximum 1.6Mtr.(without Side Gussets) 2.5Mtr.(with Side Gussets) and Length of 3Mtr. 

Shrink Wrapping Rolls & Bags (Pallet Hood Bag):  Rolls and Bags with shrinking capacity are used widely for wrapping palletized goods to ensure protection and stability during transportation.  The shrinkable open-mouth bags are ideal for this purpose, which is inserted in to the pallet upside down and then apply heat on surface of the plastic.  The plastic bag will shrink and will hold the goods tight with the pallet.  For Shrink Wrapping, the shrinkable Rolls can also be treated in the same manner. 

 

 

 
 

 

CONSTRUCTION

The Polyethylene Sheet produced by us has a wide application in the Construction Industry.  The sheet can be tailored to any specification based on the need to the customers. (Ranging from 50-500 Micron with Tolerance)
 
Heavy Duty Polyethylene Film is laid down beneath the concrete during construction of basement as a waterproof and oxidization barrier.  This film is used widely in the Gulf Region.  Standard Sizes & Thickness of the market is available. 

For packing of Furniture also use polyethylene sheet before dispatching or storing as a protection from dust or damage.

Warning tape is also produced for all kinds of underground lines like Water Line, Electric Cable or Telecom Cable etc. in order to warn those who dig this area.  This is available in different colours and thickness as specified by ROYAL COMMISSION, ARAMCO and SCCECO.
